Yes. When your room count grows you can upgrade your plan; just write to us.
Once the limit is reached no new rooms can be added; your existing rooms and reservations are not affected. When you upgrade, the limit expands immediately.
Yes. In the live demo hotel you can create bookings and try the cash desk and pricing screens. Your personal login link is sent after you fill in the form.
A yearly license is 12 times the monthly fee; a seasonal license is the monthly fee times the number of months you operate (e.g. 1 May to 30 September = 5 months). VAT is added to the prices.

No; the table shows which plans include it. In a plan without online booking you can still manage every reservation operation from the panel.
